Government currently occupies office and related space in a lease that is nearing expiration.

The Goverment is considering an alternative space if it is eonomically advantageous to do so.

In make this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availablity of alternative space, the cost of moving and alterations, and the disruption to agency operations Space Requirements Project type: Succeeding/New Lease Minimum Space: ANSI/BOMA 4,800 Maximum Space: ANSI/BOMA 5,040 Space Type : Office Parking Requirements: 0 Delineated Area : North - East Adams Street, South - East Capitol Avenue, East - South 7th Street, West -South 5th Street Lease Term - 15 years, 10 years firm term.

Occupancy Date: - On or about October 1, 2026 Unique Requirements: The offered space must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety, accessibility (ABAAS), environmental sustainability.

Space must also meet Interagency Security Committee (ISC) Facility Level 1 criteria.

No co-location with law enforcement, within walking distance of the Federal Courthous at 600 E.

Submission Guidelines: Interested parties must submit an Expression of Interest Package that includes: -Property name, address and location map. -Floor plans showing available space. -ANSI/BOMA ABOA square footage calculation. -Digital photos of the exterior, interior, and parking infrastructure (if applicable). -Common Area Factor (CAF) percentage. -Proof of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner.
