The Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) hereby issues this Request for Information (RFI) for the Department of the Army Criminal Investigative Division (DACID)Biometrics Operations Division (BOD).

This is a Request for Information (RFI) only as defined in FAR 15.101 (c ).

The purpose of the RFI is to gain knowledge of the interest, capabilities and qualifications from the industry that can be used to satisfy this requirement for information and planning purposes only; it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.

It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or promises to issue an RFP in the future.

Responses to this notice shall not be construed as offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.

The U.S.

Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this RFI.

All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense.

Not responding to this RFI will not preclude participation to any future RFP if issued.

OBJECTIVE OF THE RFI ACC-NJ on behalf of the DACID BOD hereby issues this RFI to survey the market for potential contractors capable of executing the Examination Support Services requirement.

BACKGROUND The planned acquisition is to award a new Firm-Fixed Price contract to provide Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational Partners biometric and latent identification capabilities and expertise in support of the National Defense Strategy.
