The purpose of Amendment 0001 is as follows: 1) Update the Wage Determination to the most current revision number: 2015-4037 Rev 35 (included in the amendment and updated in the attachments/links section) 2) Answer solicitation questions submitted by vendors All offerors are required to acknowledge amendment 0001 on page 1 of the SIR or provide a signed copy of the amendment with their bid submission.
If this amendment is not acknowledged or signed, the bid will be considered non-responsive. ************************************* This Request for Proposals is for Janitorial Services at the Manchester Air Traffic Control Tower in Manchester, NH and the A90 TRACON in Merrimack, NH to be completed as required in the Statement of Work and Frequency Charts (see attachments).
This acquisition is set aside for SEDB 8(a) certified business concerns.
The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to the effort is: 561720 – Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base plus four option years.
Period of Performance begins 10/1/2026 for a base year plus four (4) option years.
