Period of Performance: 60 Calendar Days from Date of Notice to Proceed Receipt. b.

Place of Performance: Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land, located approximately 2,000 feet west of the western fenceline of Creech Air Force Base, Nevada. c.

Inspection and Acceptance: FOB Destination Questions are due on Tuesday, 28 July 2026, at 1500 PDT.
