This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
Solicitation number 36C26126Q0750 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a contract for commercial plumbing services for the VA Central California Health Care Systems (VACCHCS).
This is service-based contract for landscape and grounds maintenance services at VACCHCS facilities.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730, with a small business size standard of $9.5 Million.
This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside.
The anticipated period of performance will consist of a base period with four (4) option years, as identified in the solicitation documents.
