CCAP-MDD 22 July 2026 SUBJECT: Solicitation No W91CRB26CEGBVQA; Request for Proposal (RFP) This is a DRAFT COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes a DRAFT solicitation; a formal SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION will be issued if the Government moves forward with this contemplated action, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation document and incorporated provision to clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-93, effective 02 January 2017.
