Equipment must have confirmed compatibility with the specified Qiagen rotor/centrifuge combination or demonstrate that the proposed equivalent meets or exceeds the performance and fit requirements of the named models ; (ii) This presolicitation notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation package is available.
