The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 02, Syracuse VA Medical Center at 800 Irving Ave Syracuse, NY 13210, intends to award a firm-fixed-price single source contract to QuinTron Instrument Company, Inc. ("QuinTron") to provide a hydrogen breath analyzer and accessories to add to its existing equipment.

This action is conducted under the authority of RFO Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.102(a).
