16) part number GA/CSGA-L-49B, CONDUIT FITTING part number 637S010NF0208A, CONNECTOR part number 233-205-G6NF15-35PN, CONNECTOR PLUG part number M28840/26CB1DAF2, STRAIGHT BACKSHELL part number 380MS137ZC0804-6, BACKSHELL part number 390FS012M1203L4 and ADAPTER part number 687-348-Z4-8-10.

This requirement is sole sourced to Glenair Inc. due to these items that are being ordered are direct replacements on USS HIGGINS and are outfitted with GLENAIR fittings which have no compatibility with the items manufactured by other companies.

Therefore, GLENAIR materials must be installed with other GLENAIR items.

Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

The Government will evaluate the offeror’s price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.
