The 2026 Airshow at McConnell AFB requires rental and servicing or portable lavatories and hand washing stations.

They should be ready and in place starting 4:00 PM October 22, 2026, and should be removed by 4:30 PM on October 26, 2026.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and periodic servicing of portable restrooms, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) complaint restrooms, and hand washing stations for the given quantities shown below. - 159 Portable Single Restroom Units - 21 ADA-Compliant Restroom Units - 18 Portable Hand Wash Station Units - (OPTION) 20 Portable Single Restroom Units This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested.

This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through the DAF Contracting Compass.

In order to be considered for award, offerors shall return a copy of this solicitation with all representations filled in.

Offerors may elect to use their representations in SAM.gov to fill this requirement.

Offers shall be submitted in pdf format and are limited to 5 pages.

Questions are due no later than 29 July 2026 @1000 CST and quotes due 5 August 2026 @1000 CST.
