The Defense Health Agency, Western Markets Contracting Division hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Priced purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to REES SCIENTIFIC CORPORATION under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement.

REES SCIENTIFIC CORPORATION shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform REES Temperature Monitoring System as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
