What this contract is for
The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis to Seiler Geospatial, 3433 Tree Court Industrial Blvd, Saint Louis, Missouri 63122 for Trimble Surveying Equipment for the Arkansas area. US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), has a need to purchase Trimble Surveying Equipment for the Arkansas area. This purchase is for Trimble R980 GNSS receivers, TSC710 controllers, associated accessories, Trimble Business Center software licenses, and accessories for USDA-NRCS field offices across the State of Arkansas. No other authorized contractors are available to provide the equipment and services needed. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received by 12:00pm ET, June 27, 2026 and shall include documentation on the ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
