What this contract is for

Amendment 0004 - Update solicitation closing date to 23 July 2026. SF30 document will be labeled Amendment 0003. Amendment 0003 - Post RFI responses, add photos from site visit and provide drawing BDV305 REV A. Video of the engagement of the extractors on an existing transfer vehicle to declutch the roller deck and lower the stop. It then shows the extractor driving the rollers and then retracting to its original position under the transfer vehicle available upon request via email to Jennifer Jensen or Maggie Seid. Amendment 0002 - Update Attachment drawings BDV305-01, BDV305.02, BDV305.03, Appendix A and Appendix B and post RFI responses from the pre-award site visit. Amendment 0001 - Update Attachments 10, 11 and 13. This acquisition is for a Mechanized Material Handling System at Dover AFB, Delaware. It is full and open competition. There are 20 CLINs with options. A Pre-Proposal Site visit is scheduled for 17 June 2026 at 1PM EST. This is not required to submit a proposal. RSVP to the site visit is required to be submitted by 3 June. See attachment for specifics. The period of performance is 400 days.
