Can you confirm this solicitation is a Small Business Set Aside for 8(a) Participants as indicated with the inclusion of 52.219?18 — Notification of Competition Limited to Eligible 8(a) Participants in Section H of the solicitation? *The announcment has been adjusted to show Total Small Business Set Aside.

Has the Drawing Package for this solicitation been revised/updated from the prior version of the solicitation N68335-25-Q-0351? *A DD2345 and CMMC certification are required to receive the drawings associated with this package The United States Navy Program Office PMA 290 has a new requirement for the manufacturing of four (4) Wideband Satcom AAU Lifting Adapter P/N: 4091AS0125-1.

The Government owns the Build-to- Print Technical Drawing Package and the drawings are considered Export Controlled.

All Offerors must be able to provide a certified DD Form 2345, Level 2 CMMC Certification, and must request current drawing package.
