STATEMENT OF WORK 1.0 Purpose The Naval Ordnance Test Unit (NOTU) in Cape Canaveral Air Force Station FL, is seeking the purchase two guard shack booths on a trailer with wheels with the following specifications: 2.0 Requirement Specification Completely pre-assembled, pre-finished and pre-wired 4'x6' Aluminum/Vinyl Guard Booth to include: - Bullet resistant aluminum construction - Insulated walls & roof - Prefinished interior - Exterior color - whiter - Stainless steel counter - 8" overhang with double fascia - Aluminum tread-plate floor - One swing door with heavy duty lock and hardware and fixed glass window in upper half - Pre-wired electrical package, including Two 120-V double duplex receptacles.
One 240V/30amp NEMA L14-30P 4 prong, twist lock supply receptacle.
120/240V, 8 circuit load centers. - Front mounted A/C - Four exterior mounted LED floodlights with wall switch - Ceiling-mounted interior LED light with wall switch - All electrical components UL Listed - All wiring per NEC standards - Booth shall be mounted on a welded steel frame trailer with 5' x 8' bed, single axle with 6-lug wheels/tires. - Brakes Required.
The guard booth will be placed in proximity to a marine environment, thus the need for salt-resistant materials.
