CONTRACT LINE-ITEM NUMBERS (CLINS) are firm-fixed price (FFP) as shown in the attached SF1449 titled Solicitation - FA524026Q0041 and Attachment 2 - Price List.

III.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE The primary objective of this contract is to provide comprehensive commercial vehicle removal and towing services for abandoned Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs) and associated parts and Government-Owned Vehicles (GOVs) and equipment on Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the work as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Services include 1) Abandoned Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) and associated parts Removal: Complete wrecker and towing services for the removal of abandoned vehicles and associated parts.

2) Government-Owned Vehicle (GOV) and Equipment Removal and Transport to Defense Logistics Agency Disposition Services (DLA-DS), Naval Base Guam (NBG): The removal and transportation of GOVs and equipment from AAFB to DLA-DS facility at NBG.
