The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Chemical Toilet Services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma.
Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 20th September at 1100 CST (11:00AM CST).
This contract is for non-personal services to the Government.
The Contractor shall furnish all chemical toilets, parts, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, materials and management necessary to provide chemical toilet service at various areas located on Altus AFB and at the Sooner Drop Zone in Harmon County.
The service also includes requests from the CES Contract Officer Representatives (COR) for any special event.
Provide skilled personnel in compliance with industry standards to perform all work.
This requirement will begin on 01 October 2021 and will have a 12-month base period with the possibility of four 12-month option periods.
This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562991.
This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes.
Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award.
Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number.
Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
