Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.

Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) seeks a vendor to provide continuing statistical and analytic services to support several programs of the Red Bluff Fish and Wildlife Office (RBFWO); including Habitat Restoration, Hatchery Evaluation and Monitoring, Mainstem Juvenile Fish Monitoring, and Tributary Monitoring, which encompasses the Battle Creek Program and Clear Creek Program.

These programs conduct research and monitoring to assess and manage the effects of federal water projects and associated activities on fish and wildlife.

The selected consultant will provide statistical and analytic services to support the development, execution, automation, analyses, and interpretation of research and monitoring projects associated with these monitoring programs at RBFWO.

The anticipated contract will be a base plus four year award.
