The requirement will support neuroscience research experiments that require time-resolved, two-color photometry recordings, optogenetic stimulation capability, calibrated optical power measurement, synchronized behavioral video acquisition, and compatible data analysis software.

The National Institutes of Health, National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), intends to award a contract to Government Scientific Source, Inc. on a sole-source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for the acquisition of a Doric Lenses FluoPulse Fiber Photometry / Fluorescence Lifetime Photometry System.
