REQUIREMENTS City/State: Fort Lauderdale, FL Delineated Area (SEE ATTACHMENT): North: Route 834 to Highway 1 to NE 14th St to Atlantic Ocean East: Atlantic Ocean South: Atlantic Ocean to Eller Drive / Port Everglades Expressway / Highway 595 to route 817 to route 818 to Highway 75 to Route 869 West: Route 869 to Route 834 Space Type: Office (second generation, move in ready space required - space must be ready for occupancy by June 1, 2027) Minimum ABOA Square Feet: 6,345 Maximum ABOA Square Feet: 6,662 Parking: 15 reserved, on-site, secured parking spaces for Government Owned Vehicles Loading: Loading dock or freight elevator required Layout: 3 separately demised suites consisting of 3,297 - 3,462 ABOA SF on the 2nd floor or above, 1,409 - 1,479 ABOA SF on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor, and 1,639 - 1,721 ABOA SF on any floor.
