Purpose This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for market research to determine the availability and capability of qualified contractors able to provide Perfusionist and Autotransfusion Services at the Audie L.

Murphy VA Medical Center (ALMVAMC) located at 7400 Merton Minter Blvd., San Antonio, TX 78229.

This notice does not constitute a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded based solely on responses.

NCO 17 is seeking to identify interested small and large businesses, including SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, and 8(a) firms, capable of meeting the requirement.

Project Overview The contractor shall provide Perfusionist/Autotransfusion Services equivalent to those provided in a state of the art civilian cardiovascular center and meeting the standards of the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion.

Place of Performance: On site at Audie L.

Murphy VA Medical Center, San Antonio, TX.

NAICS: 621399 Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners.

Size Standard: $10M.

PSC: Q502 Cardiology.

Anticipated Period of Performance: Base year + four (4) one year options (aligned with previous STX perfusionist procurement timelines).

Requested Information from Contractors Please limit responses to 5 pages and include the following: A.

Capability Statement Provide a tailored capability description demonstrating your ability to deliver Perfusionist and Autotransfusion services according to the PWS.

Include: Experience providing perfusionist coverage in VA or civilian heart centers.

Technical approach for maintaining credentials, emergency coverage, and quality assurance (Posterity Group s example shows a strong credential tracking system and technical processes).

Ability to meet Joint Commission standards and national perfusion performance criteria.
