The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips Healthcare, A Division of Philips North America of Bothell, WA to provide Assist Rightfit services to various Philips equipment (multi-site) which include IQon Spectral CT and Ingenia 1.5T MRI s.
Contractor shall provide unlimited Technical Services (24x7) and Remote Service Support (includes Remote Desktop).
NAICS 811210 applies, the small business size standard is $34 Million.
Contractor shall provide requested services to Richard L.
Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 for the period of October 2, 2026 through October 1, 2027 for one (1) base year in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract.
