Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 5 (NCO 5) is issuing Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.

The contractor shall provide annual calibration of all MERRT radiation survey equipment.

The Contractor will provide instrument repair service as needed and specified in the contract for the VHA Office of Emergency Management (OEM) in accordance to the line items and performance work statement.

This is a request for quotations (RFQ).

As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award Firm Fixed Price.
