Combined Synopsis Solicitation – White River Junction VAMC HVAC Air Filter Supply, Delivery, and Installation Services (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 36C24126Q0808 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025?06. (iv) This requirement is being issued as a Veteran Owned Small Business set Aside solicitation.

The associated NAICS code is 333413 – Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. (v) The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement for HVAC Air Filter Supply, Delivery, and Installation Services at the White River Junction VAMC.
