Notice Type: Sources Sought Product Service Code (PSC): V231 – Transportation/Travel/Relocation: Lodging, Hotel/Motel NAICS Code: 721110 – Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels Place of Performance: Tamuning, Tumon, or surrounding areas, Guam (and adjacent Andersen Air Force Base) I. INTRODUCTION & PURPOSE This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, contract, or order, nor does it authorize any party to incur costs in anticipation of a contract. The purpose of this market research is to identify commercial resorts, hotels, or lodging facilities in Guam capable of providing secure, long-term lodging for approximately 100 military personnel. The government is utilizing this information to define its immediate acquisition strategy and determine the viability of establishing a long-term Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). II. REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATIONS The government is looking to secure high-occupancy lodging under the following parameters: Capacity: Up to 100 single-occupancy rooms (or double-occupancy configurations as availability dictates) Period of Performance (PoP): As soon as possible (Expected mid-2026) through 15 October 2026 Location: Facilities must be located on the island of Guam (with preferred proximity to Andersen Air Force Base). Rate Cap: Offered lodging rates must be at or below the official Department of Defense Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) maximum daily lodging per diem for Guam. III.
