The U.S.

Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Contracting Branch, intends to issue a commercial purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.2 on a sole source basis to the Department of Environment & Conservation Tennessee.

This procurement is for Memphis District EEY Minor Industrial Treatment Flow.

The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price type contract.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813312 with a Small Business size standard of $19,500,000.00 This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12.

This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes.

Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing Contract Specialist Tommye Sepulveda at [email protected] no later than 10:00 a.m.
