The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with the submission of the information being requested.
2.0 BACKGROUND & SCOPE The United States Army Flight Training Detachment (USAFTD) Peace Vanguard in Marana, AZ, has a requirement for the recurring supply and delivery of compressed nitrogen gas.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to provide and deliver: Two (2) full Standard Industrial Grade Nitrogen cylinders (Size 3K / 3,000 PSI capacity, approx.
670 FT3) One (1) full Ultra-High Purity Nitrogen cylinder (Size 3K / 3,000 PSI capacity, approx.
670 FT3) The anticipated Period of Performance is anticipated start date: 31 October 2026 through 31 December 2028.
3.0 KEY LOGISTICAL & PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS Interested vendors must be able to meet the following critical requirements: Delivery Schedule & Turnaround: The contractor must perform scheduled cylinder exchanges every six (6) months, AND be capable of providing emergency on-call cylinder swap-outs within 48 hours of Government notification.
Logistics & Equipment: The Government will NOT provide forklifts or lift equipment.
The contractor is 100% responsible for bringing their own cylinder dollies, hand trucks, or lift-gates to safely unload and transport the cylinders on site.
Security Access: Contractor personnel will be escorted by Government personnel 100% of the time while on the installation.
Unescorted base passes and associated AT/OPSEC online trainings will not be required.
