Solicitation number N004062Q05534 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Cable LSMDU-23 and LSMDU-14 in accordance with MIL-DTL-24643D, paragraph 6.6.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.

This acquisition is a HUBZone sole source set aside in accordance with FAR 19.105-3(a).

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.

The Government intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order as a sole source HUBZone set aside, in accordance with FAR 19.105-3(a).

Determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation without discussions to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation that represents the best value to the Government, price, delivery, technical acceptability, past performance, and other factors considered.

Shipping term shall be FOB Origin.
