This requirement is sole sourced to Rix Industries due to the requirement items needing to meet the same form, ?t, and function as the MCM-14 Medium Pressure Air Compressor (MPAC), in accordance with NAVSEA Technical Manual S6220-D2-MMA-010, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) drawing B12744, and Allowance Parts List (APL) No.

061050058, which lists the MCM-1 Class MPAC bill of materials.

Each material manufactured by RIX Industries is essential for repairing the existing MPAC Model No.

2KX2-30A/B, as no authorized repair parts are listed in the technical manual.
