THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, 45 CONS/PKBB, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for: Maintenance/Warranty Renewal To Keysight Technologies, 1900 Garden of the Gods road, Colorado Springs CO as a renewal of existing maintenance.
Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than?9//18/2026 at 2:30 PM EST.
The written response shall reference solicitation number FA252126QB117 and must provide a clear and concise capability statement to show the ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability and schedule.
