NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ).

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Facilities, Property and Safety Management, intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to CoStar Realty Information, Inc., 1201 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209, to provide the following commercial subscription service: CoStar Suite Subscription - Two Authorized Users The CoStar Suite provides commercial real estate information and analytics, including property listings, lease comparables, tenant information, market trends, and geographic analysis used to support the Bureau¿s leasing program.
The anticipated period of performance is one year.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the Governments requirement by 0900 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on September 18, 2026.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
