Employee must have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The (6) parking spaces reserved for Government Owned Vehicles must be located within 100 feet of the building.

There must be parking available for employees and visitors.

There must be two entrances/exits with electronic locking mechanisms and remote release and audio/video capabilities.

5.

The building must have the ability for high speed internet access such as fiber lines that can host 100 Mbps and higher.

6.

A lab will be in the space that is used to store, stage, clean contaminated equipment and calibrate air and noise sampling equipment.

Deliveries of all types are permitted to be made daily between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.

If the space is not located on the first floor an elevator meeting the requirements of the lease must be available.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.

A fully serviced lease is required.

Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain.
