This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with Part 12.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 36C26225Q1470 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for scope system for endoscopic procedures.
This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business concerns.

Model Number, Description, Quantity (ea) INS9900, HD Monitor, 16 INS9904, LED Scope, 1.9mm X 2M, 16 INS9902, HD Mini Scope, 1mm X 1M, 16 Salient Characteristics Must provide waterproofing borescope to be used at the sink.
Must provide 1mm High Resolution Borescope.
Must have a standalone touch monitor with a minimum of 13-inchs and provide 8.4-inch image of lumen being Inspected.
Must have holsters to hold each Borescope in place on the monitor.
Must be able to connect to the Pure Processing Ergonomic workstations with the Pure Processing Monitor mount.
The monitors must be waterproof, as defined by the International Electro Technical Commission is IP65 and Borescopes are IP6.
Must record, take pictures, and save to USB drive for documentation.
Must have Automatic white balance - always in focus.
Must have ergonomic one-plug borescope connector for easier handling.
Must have annotation capabilities.
Must have brightness adjustment for optimal imaging.
The period of performance for this requirement is 90 days ARO.
The Contractor shall furnish all supplies at The Greater Los Angeles VA Health Care System located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles CA, 90073.
