This is a notice of intent to solicit from a single source.

The US Geological Survey (USGS) intends to award a purchase order to Nevada Geodectic Laboratory (NGL) in Reno, Nevada for GNSS Processing and SWARM Network Support with the following Salient Characteristics: The required GNSS processing and analysis service shall: • Provide high-precision processing of GNSS station data and generation of station velocities and position time series; • Provide custom single-baseline (double-difference) processing for designated station pairs; • Utilize a consistent, frame-compatible processing methodology across the complete dataset; • Automatically acquire and incorporate daily RINEX files from the EarthScope repository; • Provide GNSS data archiving and data-product capabilities compatible with established long-term GNSS records; • Provide laboratory and web-based visualization of GNSS time-series and station-velocity products; • Provide GNSS network-design, station-analysis, and visualization capabilities; and • Support analysis and interpretation of data collected from the SWARM GNSS monitoring network.

Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) procedures at FAR Part 12 entitled, Acquisition of Commercial Items.

Innovasea Marine Systems Canada Inc. is, to the knowledge of the USGS, the only source who can provide this proprietary equipment that is compatible with existing systems.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.

However, all responsible parties may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.

No solicitation will be issued.

A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government.
