This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 1333MK26Q0131 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) which Incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-07.

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine & Aviation Operations (OMAO), NOAA Ship Reuben Lasker requires the procurement, installation, and commissioning of a new Iridium LT-3100S Global Maritime Distress and Safety Systems (GMDSS) by an authorized Lars Thrane Communications Systems distributor/reseller that is also a Coast Guard designated GMDSS Shore Maintenance Provider.
