This contract provides vault toilet pumping, septic tank pumping, portable toilet servicing, inspection, cleaning, disinfection, waste hauling, emergency pumping, and remote/winter?access services across USDA Forest Service Region 5. (4) Description: The U.S. Forest Service (USFS), Pacific Southwest Region, is soliciting proposals under RFP 127EAS26R0003 to establish multiple?award, firm?fixed?price Indefinite?Delivery, Indefinite?Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Contractors shall provide labor, equipment, transportation, permits, supplies, and all incidentals required to perform vault toilet pumping, septic pumping, USFS?owned portable toilet servicing, waste hauling/disposal, basic inspections, emergency pumping (48?hour response), and access to remote/winter sites. Contractors are not authorized to perform repairs, replacements, plumbing, excavation, construction, or any activities outside Tasks 1–4 of the PWS. The resulting IDIQ contracts support Region 5 (California) as the primary ordering region. Optional ordering authority may be granted—only with IDIQ Contracting Officer approval—to USFS Regions 3 (AZ/NM), 6 (OR/WA), and 10 (AK).
