CLINS: CLIN 0001 – Water/Sewer Services - Provide water services to Goodfellow AFB and Goodfellow RECCAMP for meters; #70441334, #70438212, #70441332, #70441333, #61341884, and #61341885 CLIN 0002 – Water/Sewer Services – Provide sewer services to Goodfellow AFB and Goodfellow RECCAMP at point of delivery: Point #1 – West side of the base on Christoval Road; Point #2 – La Salle Drive and Ft Richardson Ave; Point #3 – Penrose and Ft McKavitt All services will be provided by: City of San Angelo (COSA) 72 W College Ave. San Angelo, TX 76903-5814 CAGE: 0DUW0 Justification: This acquisition will be awarded as a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to the City of San Angelo. As a municipality governed by local ordinance, the City of San Angelo is the sole source available to provide safe, potable water and sewer utility services to Goodfellow AFB and the Goodfellow Recreation Camp (RECCAMP) at Lake Nasworthy. The City of San Angelo owns, operates, and maintains all water and wastewater utility lines in the region, including the infrastructure servicing these federal installations. Consequently, no other provider possesses the necessary utility infrastructure or authority to fulfill this requirement.
