The U.S.

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration (ASA), Immediate Office (IO), intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole-source basis with YAT CHOI LLC for modernization discovery, prototyping, and implementation-planning services.

The Government anticipates conducting this acquisition using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13.

Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), a contracting officer may solicit from one source for an acquisition not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold when the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed-price contract valued at approximately $200,000, with a 25-week period of performance from September 30, 2026 through March 23, 2027.
