The Embassy of the United States of America in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia has a requirement for the acquisition of Public Diplomacy Event Management Support Services.

The U.S.
Government intends to award indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed priced type contract which meets all the solicitation requirements to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
The U.S.
Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion; however, the Government may hold discussions if it in the best interest to the Government.
The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.
Notwithstanding FAR 4.203-1(b)(5)(ii), the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the best interest of the U.S.
Government that offerors be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov at the time of submitting a proposal.
