Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: Hazardous Tree Services and Boundary Maintenance Contract for Clearwater Lake.
Services include but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, dead limbing and canopy raising, brush cutting/removal and boundary maintenance at the Clearwater Lake Project Office, Office Compound and 5 recreation areas around Clearwater Lake.
Place(s) and date(s) of performance: Services shall be performed within the area of responsibility of the Clearwater Lake Project Office.
Project Office Address: 6501 Wayne Route HH Piedmont, MO 63957 Dates of performance will be as follows: Base Period – date of award – June 15, 2027 Option Period 1 – June 16, 2027 – June 15, 2028 Option Period 2 – June 16, 2028 – June 15, 2029 Option Period 3 – June 16, 2029 – June 15, 2030 Option Period 4 – June 16, 2030 – June 15, 2031 Minimum Guarantee: The guaranteed minimum is $5,000 and is for the base period only.
There is no guaranteed minimum for the option periods, if exercised.
