The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is requesting discounted open-market firm-fixed price quotation packages for onsite mail room, copy center, and warehouse logistics services for the Earth Resources Observation and Science Center (EROS) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement located in the RFQ, to be delivered to Sioux Falls, SD for the following performance period: Base Period: 09/01/2026 - 08/31/2027 Option Period 1: 09/01/2027 - 08/31/2028 Option Period 2: 09/01/2028 - 08/31/2029 Option Period 3: 09/01/2029 - 08/31/2030 Option Period 4: 09/01/2030 - 08/31/2031 In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c)(4)(vi), all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to award a competitive purchase order in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures.
