This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0073 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for FSA Hinds County, Mississippi Moving Services.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 484210 Used Household and Office Goods Moving The small business size standard is $34 Million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

Statement of Requirement The USDA Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) – Farm Service Agency (FSA), Mississippi requires moving services to relocate government?owned office furniture from two USDA facilities to the Mississippi e?Center.

The two offices are (1) Hinds County Service Center; 322 New Market Dr., Jackson, MS 39209 and (2) Mississippi State Office; 6311 Ridgewood Rd., Ridgeland, MS 39157.

Contents from both offices will be relocated to the Mississippi e?Center at Jackson State University; 230 Raymond Rd., Jackson, MS 39204.

The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and transportation necessary to relocate office furniture from two government facilities to the new Mississippi e?Center.

Work includes disassembly, protective handling, transport, reassembly, and placement of furniture.

Scope includes contractor responsibility for debris removal and reporting any property damage or missing items.
