The contractor shall furnish all personnel, facilities and services required to provide video collaboration systems maintenance (preventive and corrective), new installations/de-installations and technical services in accordance with this PWS.
The contractor shall provide maintenance and support for the video collaboration systems studios/conference rooms (and provide the same level of support for any additional sites added via contract modification during the contract performance period).
The contractor shall also provide video collaboration systems equipment maintenance (preventive and corrective) and the following services: technical, installation, system removal or de-installation, configuration and perform Move Add Change (MAC) services for current and any newly funded requirements which may fall under any of these categories during the life of this contract.
The contractor shall provide video collaboration systems room upgrades, install, test and maintain additional sites as identified and approved.
