11 September 2026 - UPDATE ONLY- Kirtland AFB will be hosting a site visit at the Kirtland Aquatic Center, Bldg.

20229 Pennsylvania Ave SE, KAFB, NM on Tuesday 15 September at 1400 MDT.

We are not requiring an RSVP but we will be starting promptly at 1415 to allow time for traffic and some flexibilities.

1 September 2026 - The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Add CLIN 6001 for 6 month extension to solicitation IAW RFO 52.217-8 2) Add attachment 5, Answers to Q&A 3) Add attachment 6, DAFI 34-101, Chapter 20, Swimming and Aquatics 19 August 2026 - The 377th Force Support Squadron has a critical ongoing requirement for non-personal lifeguard and aquatic management services at the Kirtland Air Force Base 100-meter indoor swimming pool.

The organization explicitly needs one dedicated on-site Aquatics Manager and a minimum of three lifeguards per operational session.

This is staffing model is required to safely operate the facility and to maintain strict compliance with Air Force safety and health regulations, specifically DAFI 34-101 and DAFMAN 48-143 (Environmental Health Program Management).

Per DAFMAN 48-143, para 2.10.3, the facility must implement the CDC's Model Aquatic Health Code and Healthy Swimming standards.
