Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA461026Q0049 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Provide and install Commercial Internet Services for Unaccompanied Housing (UH) Dormitories at Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB).

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide modems, routers, switches, software and services as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) at VSFB.

Service should also include upgrading the hardware in the Titan (Bldg 13135) telecommunication room and disposal of old hardware.

The Contractor shall use existing infrastructure to the greatest extent possible.

The broadband internet access provided shall exceed 100Mbps download and 20Mbps upload.

The Contractor should install a landing page required to access the internet.

The landing page will clearly describe the terms and conditions, and force user login prior to internet access being granted.

The contractor will also set up content filtering for inappropriate material as determined by the SLD 30 Commander.
