This amendment addresses industry pre-proposal inquiries, issues the official Government Q&A log, updates Technical Volume layout exemptions, and distributes an updated pricing template vehicle.

Offerors are strictly cautioned that initial proposals must adhere to the revised Core Task framework and utilize the re-baselined spreadsheet template to be eligible for the Best Value Trade-off evaluation pool.

Proposals utilizing the original version 1 spreadsheet template will be rendered non-responsive and excluded from evaluation.

Core Revisions and Material Document Changes Eradication of Standalone Task 8: The master procurement vehicle contains seven (7) evaluated Core Tasks.

The post-award "Artificial Intelligence Compliance and Risk Management Plan" requirement—previously designated as an isolated Task 8—has been completely removed as an independent task area.

The AI Compliance requirements are officially absorbed as an administrative sub-component under Task 2 (Program Management) across all attachments.
