The Department of Health and Human Services intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Association of the Schools and Programs of Public Health Description: Background The Office of the Surgeon General is the Organization seeking Public Health Reports Publishing, Editorial, Dissemination, and 150th Anniversary Support.

Public Health Reports (PHR) is a peer-reviewed public health journal that serves as an important forum for disseminating research, practice, policy and perspectives relevant to the health of the nation.

Scope of Work Public Health Reports is published through a partnership with the Association of the Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH).

ASPPH will provide the personnel, publishing resources, editorial infrastructure, project management, creative services, and other support necessary to carry out the following activities, Open Access Publishing Support, Public Health Reports Exhibit at the USPHS Scientific & Training Symposium, Supplemental Issue Highlighting the Contributions of U.S.

Public Health Service Officers, 150th Anniversary Editorial and Executive Leadership Content, Expanded Editorial and Peer-Review Management, Creative and Graphic Services, and Expanded Publishing Capabilities.

Responses The proposed acquisition action is for items and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501.
