3) For a responsive quote, submit below items: - Completed & Signed 1449 (Attached Document 36C26026Q0346) - Completed quote on Price/Cost Schedule - Description and literature that show your equal item meets all the listed salient characteristics. - Completed 52.225-6 TRADE AGREEMENTS CERTIFICATE if applicable 4) Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization Letter.
