This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, Lava Beds National Monument to remove approximately 185 linear feet of existing black iron fire suppression piping and replace it with a new CPVC fire sprinkler system, including the installation of a new 1-inch riser, 13 sprinklers heads, antifreeze to meet freeze protection and ensure system mixture is set per NFPA requirements, 1 gallon expansion tank, and 1 inch double check back glow preventer.

Work includes testing, flushing, certification, cleanup.

The purpose of this Amendment no.

01 is to provide all interested parties a revised version of the solicitation Terms Clauses Provisions, that changes the text of the evaluation factor for "California Contractor State License" to allow for any state contractor license.

REVISED ATTACHMENT 1: The Terms Clauses Provisions Attachment 1 has been revised.

Changes were made to Section V (updated List of Attachments) and Section VI (Solicitation Provisions Items (E) and (F)).

Section VII, E., c. "California Contractor State License" is completely lined out and replaced, titled as "Contractor State License." Section VII, F. iv.

Evaluation factor "California Contractor State License" is completely lined out and replaced, new version titled as "Contractor State License." The revised attachment that was included as "Attachment 1 Revised Terms Clauses Provisions" dated 8/20/26 is hereby replaced with the revised version as "Amendment 1 Attachment 1 Revised Terms Clauses Provisions." Solicitation response date has not changed.
