What this contract is for
This Special Notice of Intent (NOI) is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers.  The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Long Beach Healthcare System, intends to award a delivery order to SCRIPTPRO USA INC for ScriptPro additional counting devices, communication modules, and remote access servers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 339112, 1000 employee size standard. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.  A decision by the Government not to conduct competitive procurement for the proposed order based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated acquisition procedures are IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) soliciting from a single source for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The Contracting Officer (CO) may solicit form one source if the CO determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to equipment proprietary, and exclusive licensing agreements. Reference attached NOI 36C26226Q1140 for details. All inquiries shall be submitted via email to [email protected].

How to bid on this
This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.
- Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
- Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
- This listing has no set-aside restriction ("full and open competition"), meaning any business, large or small, can bid.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
